ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS OF SERVICE
By completing a purchase, or by using this Service in any manner, including but not limited to browsing the Theralogix website, you agree to the terms of service. When completing a purchase, you warrant that you are at least 18 years of age. You are responsible for all access and use of this site by anyone using your login and password credentials, whether or not that use is explicitly authorized by you.
You agree that disputes will be resolved through binding individual arbitration, and that you waive the right to participate in any class action lawsuit. This agreement is subject to change at any time at the sole discretion of Theralogix. Certain Services may be subject to additional terms of service and policies (e.g., wholesale purchases).
Purchases on this site are for personal use only. You agree not to resell or distribute products purchased on this site. We have the right to cancel or refuse any orders we have reason to believe violate our terms of service.
BILLING AND PAYMENTS
Theralogix uses a third-party payment processor for billing. By completing your order, you agree to pay Theralogix via our third-party payment processor.
Auto-Refill Program
Theralogix offers an auto-refill program, which includes recurring billing. Customers can opt in to this program during checkout. Before you complete your opt-in, we will clearly disclose the auto-refill terms, including the product(s) being shipped, the frequency and amount of recurring charges, and how to cancel. By opting in, you provide your express affirmative consent to be charged on a recurring basis until you cancel or pause your order, and you agree to keep your current billing and shipping information, including payment method details, up to date with us. We retain records of your consent to the auto-refill program for as long as required by applicable law.
Cancelling Your Auto-Refill Subscription
You may cancel or pause your auto-refill subscription at any time before the next billing date. If you enrolled in auto-refill online, you may cancel entirely online, without being required to contact customer service or take any additional steps. If you enrolled by phone or another method, you may cancel using that same method or any method we generally use to communicate with you. We will not add steps, delays, or retention offers that obstruct or postpone your cancellation; any offer to modify or pause your subscription instead of cancelling is optional and will not interfere with completing the cancellation if you choose to proceed. Cancellation takes effect before your next scheduled billing date, and by not cancelling, you authorize continued recurring billing.
Annual Reminder
At least once every 12 months, we will send active auto-refill subscribers a reminder identifying the product or service, the frequency and amount of charges, and how to cancel, using the same method of communication you used to enroll or the method we generally use to reach you.
Pricing Changes
Theralogix may change product pricing at any time. Changes in sales tax do not require notification. If a change in product pricing occurs, you will be notified before the new amount is charged to your account.

MOBILE
The Theralogix mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by Theralogix (“Theralogix”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.
By consenting to Theralogix’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Theralogix through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.). Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).
You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with Theralogix. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.
We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.
You may opt-out of the Service at any time. Text the single keyword command STOP to +18445082157 or click the unsubscribe link (where available) in any text message to cancel. You'll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other Theralogix mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms.

We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes. You acknowledge that any messages, including any STOP or HELP requests, you send to a short code or telephone number we have changed may not be received and we will not be responsible for honoring requests made in such messages.
The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to sign up for the program with your new number.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.
MISCELLANEOUS
You shall indemnify and hold harmless Theralogix and its employees from all liabilities and claims that arise from or are related to your use or misuse of the services, content, and products on this site, or infringement by you or any party using your account for services.
These terms of service and any disputes of terms of service shall be governed by and in accordance with the laws of the United States of America, and the laws of the state of Maryland.
You agree to arbitration and waiver of trial by jury for all disputes in relation to the terms of service between you and Theralogix and its employees without limitation.
