Although you may have seen claims that ubiquinol is better absorbed, this is not supported by scientific research. Alkylating agents (chemotherapy drugs: busulfan, carboplatin, cisplatin, cyclophosphamide, dacarbazine, thiotepa, etc.): Coenzyme Q10 is an antioxidant and may lower the effectiveness of some medications used to treat cancer.

Coumadin (warfarin): CoQ10 may decrease the effects of this medication. Be sure to have your INR checked regularly if taking NeoQ10 with this medication.
