        Frequently Purchased Together

        What is coenzyme Q10 (CoQ10)?
CoQ10 is a vitamin-like nutrient found in nearly every cell of your body. It lives in the mitochondria, which is often referred to as the “powerhouse of the cell,” and plays a huge role in energy production.* CoQ10 also acts as an antioxidant, protecting your cells and keeping them healthy.* Because CoQ10 levels naturally decline with age, a high-quality CoQ10 supplement can help you maintain healthy levels throughout your life.*
What is the difference between ubiquinone and ubiquinol, and why does Theralogix use ubiquinone?
Ubiquinone and ubiquinol are the two forms of CoQ10. They’re known as a redox pair, meaning they are easily converted back and forth in your cells depending on which form is needed.

Ubiquinone is the more stable and extensively researched form of CoQ10 and is also the form naturally made in your cells.

Although you may have seen claims that ubiquinol is better absorbed, this is not supported by scientific research. Research shows that when you take a ubiquinol supplement, it is actually converted to ubiquinone before being absorbed in your intestines. Once it is absorbed, it is converted back to ubiquinol in your lymph system.

CoQ10 absorption and bioavailability depends more on the supplement’s formulation than whether it is ubiquinone or ubiquinol. Because CoQ10 is a large, fat-soluble nutrient, it isn’t well absorbed, even when taken with food.

That’s why Theralogix uses ubiquinone with VESIsorb®, a patented emulsification technology that increases CoQ10 absorption by approximately 300-600%. This advanced formulation helps ensure that your body receives the CoQ10 it needs for optimal support.

How is NeoQ10 different from other coenzyme Q10 supplements?
CoQ10 is a large, fat-soluble vitamin that’s difficult for your body to absorb. So, many CoQ10 supplements are poorly absorbed, even when taken with a meal.

But NeoQ10 is different. It’s formulated with patented VESIsorb® technology that improves CoQ10 absorption by mimicking the body’s natural process of fat digestion. Studies have shown that VESIsorb improves the absorption and bioavailability of supplemental CoQ10 by 300-600%.* This means that just one softgel of NeoQ10 delivers the same amount of CoQ10 as 375-750 mg from other CoQ10 supplements.*

        Sometimes, less is more.

Can I continue to take NeoQ10  during pregnancy and breastfeeding?
CoQ10 is safe to take during pregnancy, but there is not enough research to support its use during breastfeeding. Check with your healthcare provider to learn more.
        Can I buy NeoQ10 internationally?
If you are in Canada, you can buy NeoQ10 online directly from Theralogix Canada.

Can I take NeoQ10 with other nutritional supplements?
Yes. NeoQ10 can be taken with most other nutritional supplements.
Does NeoQ10 interact with any prescription medications?
The list below includes some of the more common potential interactions. This is not meant to be a comprehensive list or take the place of advice from your healthcare provider. As with any dietary supplement, discuss with your pharmacist and/or healthcare team to determine whether NeoQ10 can be taken along with your medications.

Alkylating agents (chemotherapy drugs: busulfan, carboplatin, cisplatin, cyclophosphamide, dacarbazine, thiotepa, etc.): Coenzyme Q10 is an antioxidant and may lower the effectiveness of some medications used to treat cancer.

Coumadin (warfarin): CoQ10 may decrease the effects of this medication. Be sure to have your INR checked regularly if taking NeoQ10 with this medication.
