How are CalMag Thins different than other calcium supplements?
  • Independently tested and certified. CalMag Thins are tested and certified by NSF® International for content accuracy and purity, so you know exactly what you’re getting.

  • Easy to swallow. CalMag Thins pack 200 mg of calcium and 50 mg of magnesium into a slim tablet, making them much easier to swallow than traditional calcium pills.

  • Quality you can trust. CalMag Thins are manufactured in the USA in a cGMP compliant facility.
  • How many CalMag Thins tablets should I take each day?
Most adults need around 1,000-1,200 mg of calcium per day. While it’s possible to meet your calcium needs through food alone, many need a little assistance from calcium supplements. With 200 mg of calcium per tablet, CalMag Thins allow you to customize your dose to boost your calcium intake as much or as little as you need.

Talk to your healthcare provider to determine your ideal daily dose. For optimal calcium absorption, do not take more than two CalMag Thins at one time.

Are there any side effects from CalMag Thins?
Although there are no expected side effects from CalMag Thins, taking high doses of calcium may increase the chances of constipation in some people. CalMag Thins also contain magnesium, which should help decrease the risk of constipation.
How long should I take CalMag Thins?
CalMag Thins are meant for daily, long-term use to supplement the calcium that you get from food.
I have difficulty swallowing larger pills. Are CalMag Thins for me?
Yes. CalMag Thins are much smaller than other calcium supplements, and have a unique, easy-to-swallow design, so they’re a great option for those that have trouble swallowing larger pills.
Can I take other nutritional supplements with CalMag Thins?
Yes. CalMag Thins can be taken along with most other nutritional supplements, including Theralogix products containing vitamin D, such as Essentia, Solo, Thera-D, or our TheraNatal products.
