SUGGESTED USE
OvaVite: Take one tablet and two softgels per day with food. Tablet and softgels can be taken at the same time or separately.
Ovasitol: Stir 1 level scoop into any hot or cold non-carbonated beverage and drink. Take two servings per day (ex: one in the morning and one in the evening).
Theratonin: Take one tablet per day, 30-60 minutes before bed, or as directed by your healthcare provider.
OvaVite and Ovasitol can be taken at the same time or at separate times of the day. Theratonin can be taken at the same time as OvaVite and Ovasitol, but only if taken before bed.
