Essentia is a comprehensive multivitamin designed for women that provides methylated folate, vitamin C, B vitamins, 50 mg of choline, 50 mcg (2,000 IU) of vitamin D3, and 18 mg of iron, along with chelated minerals and other essential nutrients. Essentia is recommend for younger women or any adult who needs iron in their daily multivitamin.
