Dextromethorphan (over-the-counter cold/flu medications): Berberine may increase the levels and side effects of dextromethorphan in the body.

Losartan (Cozaar): Berberine may reduce the therapeutic effects of losartan.

Medications for diabetes: Berberine (in Berberine Enhanced Absorption) and inositol (in Ovasitol Plus) may have additional blood sugar-lowering effects when taken with medications to manage blood sugar and diabetes.
