How long should I take ConceptionXR Reproductive Health Formula and NeoQ10?
We recommend taking ConceptionXR Reproductive Health Formula for at least three months before trying to conceive. Sperm development, also known as spermatogenesis, is a complex process, and it can take up to three months for sperm to fully mature and be ready to function at their best. Most men continue their male fertility supplement routine until pregnancy is achieved.
Are there any side effects from taking ConceptionXR Reproductive Health Formula and NeoQ10?
No. There are no expected side effects from ConceptionXR Reproductive Health Formula or NeoQ10.
Can I take other nutritional supplements with ConceptionXR Reproductive Health Formula and NeoQ10?
If you are currently taking a low-dose multivitamin, you can continue to take it in addition to ConceptionXR Reproductive Health Formula. However, taking additional high amounts of nutrients found in ConceptionXR Reproductive Health Formula is not recommended.

NeoQ10 can be taken with most other nutritional supplements.

Does ConceptionXR Reproductive Health Formula or NeoQ10 interact with any prescription medications?
The list below includes some of the more common potential interactions. This is not meant to be a comprehensive list or take the place of advice from your healthcare provider. As with any dietary supplement, discuss with your pharmacist and/or healthcare team to determine whether ConceptionXR Reproductive Health Formula and NeoQ10 can be taken along with your medications.

Antibiotics: Taking zinc (in ConceptionXR Reproductive Health Formula) along with antibiotics can decrease their absorption and effectiveness. Depending on which antibiotic is prescribed, you may need to separate from ConceptionXR Reproductive Health Formula, as indicated below. 

  • Cephalexin (Keflex): Take at least 3 hours before ConceptionXR Reproductive Health Formula.
  • Tetracycline antibiotics (doxycycline, minocycline, demeclocycline): Separate by 4 hours. 
  • Quinolone antibiotics (ciprofloxacin (Cipro), gemifloxacin (Factive), levofloxacin (Levaquin), Moxifloxacin (Avelox)): Separate by 6 hours.

    Alkylating agents (chemotherapy drugs: busulfan, carboplatin, cisplatin, cyclophosphamide, dacarbazine, thiotepa, etc.): CoQ10 is an antioxidant and may lower the effectiveness of some medications used to treat cancer.  

    Coumadin (warfarin): CoQ10 may decrease the effects of this medication. Be sure to have your INR checked regularly if taking NeoQ10 with this medication.
