LATEST RESEARCH UPDATE: A recent systematic review and meta-analysis found that women who were vitamin D replete (serum 25(OH)D >30 ng/mL) had a higher chance of achieving live birth through ART (Assisted Reproductive Technologies) than women who were vitamin D deficient (<20 ng/mL) or insufficient (20-30 ng/mL). This meta-analysis demonstrates that replete vitamin D status is associated with greater chances of ART success. For more information check out the research abstract.
